Are You Feeling Lost, Unfulfilled, and Disconnected?
Many of my clients find their way to me when they feel untethered. Like they’ve wandered away from their true path and can’t navigate home to the vibrant, contented, and connected person they know they could be.
Life is busy. Work is stressful. By the time you get around to having “free time”, you’re mentally and physically exhausted. Do you realistically have time for creative hobbies, meaningful relationships, and exploring your innermost needs and desires? Maybe. But self-care can feel like yet another task to be marked off of the never-ending to-do list.
You’re wildly successful, by societal standards. But something is missing. Your cup is empty. And this lack manifests in sneaky ways.
You may feel disassociated from your body, full of stagnant, stale, and frustrated energy you can’t find a positive way to express. You may subconsciously channel this negative energy into toxic romantic relationships or roller coaster friendships, cycles of brutal self-talk and self-shaming, and/or unhealthy tendencies toward food, drink, or exercise.
Maybe you also feel isolated and lonely, despite being around others. Disconnected from your emotions and stuck in the shallow end of the pool. Your feelings seem far away, like someone else is feeling them. You might even fear you’re difficult to love or not wholly deserving of a healthy relationship.
You can be self-critical. You hold yourself and others to a high standard. If you aren’t doing something that you deem productive you feel lazy, like you’re letting life slip through your fingers. But you also long to relax and take time for yourself. Someday?
You used to feel like you had a destiny and a greater purpose. Like life had big, exciting, juicy plans for you.
Where did that promise go? Why do you feel so stuck? And how do you get UNstuck?
Meet Dr. Juliette Riancho
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Depth Psychologist, and Archetypal Astrologer
My approach is psychodynamic and my background is in analytic psychology, so I often take an analytic approach to explore childhood relationships and ongoing family dynamics.
This work provides me with a blueprint for your fears, unmet needs, desires, and intrinsic belief systems around loving and belonging.
I’m also an astrologist, and I often unite themes and archetypes from Jungian Psychology with Astrological Archetypes. While this is completely optional, understanding your birth chart can give us valuable context for your current moods, anxieties, capabilities, and mental space.
The goal is to access the inner child by promoting safety, curiosity, and vulnerability. I set the stage for you to reconnect with your most authentic, creative, expressive self.
"I take pleasure in my transformations. I look quiet and consistent, but few know how many women there are in me.”

What makes Me Different?
My Mental & Spiritual Health Ethos
Holistic
I offer Holistic Psychotherapy, which means that I embrace my client as a whole person instead of laser-focusing on pathology and diagnosis. Holistic Psychotherapy is comprehensive and personalized to promote self-awareness, empowerment, and healthier relationships. The goal is always sustainable, long-term emotional balance.
Somatic
I believe it's essential for my clients to develop a body-based knowledge, connecting with their own body and tuning in to how it responds to important emotional cues—consciously and subconsciously. Integrating body awareness into psychological healing can help us address old traumas and heal our inner child. The body keeps the score.
Inclusive
My psychotherapy practice is inclusive. All clients can feel safe, valued, understood, and respected, regardless of their background or identity. I feel passionately about this because a shame-free and judgment-free space is required for you to trust me and really open up to our work together. Taboo topics are enthusiastically welcomed.
Sex-positive
Sexuality, sensuality, and the erotic are all extremely important parts of our psyche. I urge my clients to embrace and express themselves in any way that feels good and is consensual. Some embarrassment and shyness are natural as we get to know one another, but I openly discuss this important dynamic with zero shame or judgment.
Jungian
Jungian psychology explores the unconscious and subconscious mind through archetypes and symbols, promoting self-awareness and integration of the psyche. As a Jungian psychologist, I emphasize individuation—the process of becoming one's true self—and embrace dream work as a form of channeling.
Creative
During psychotherapy sessions, I help my clients to rediscover their creative agency. Even if it's been years since they practiced art. Through artistic expression we can nurture our inner child to heal core wounds, analyze the symbolic significance of our dreams, and decode better understand the origins of our behavioral patterns.
traditional therapy communes with the cosmic
First and foremost, I’m a psychologist. But I’m also a neurospicy multipotentialite who uses archetypal astrology to better understand my clients’ deepest motivations, personality traits, and communication styles.
Do you have an open mind and the desire to learn more about yourself? Then Astropsychology (the love child of Astrology & Psychotherapy) might be a beneficial addition to our psychotherapy sessions.

Am I The Best Psychologist for You?
I welcome clients from all backgrounds, but the clients that will get the most out of working with me are female or female-presenting, successful, creative, analytical, and self-aware.
Take a deep, cleansing breath for each characteristic that describes you…
- You have embraced talk therapy before, but it never works for you. You know what your "issues" are but you can't seem to make positive, lasting changes. Mental health professionals have deemed you "too self-aware" or "resistant" for therapy in the past.
- Relationships and long-term connection does not seem as easy for you as it is for others. You want to be loved and accepted, but you aren't willing to settle or give up pieces of yourself to appease another.
- You are fiercely creative, but your creativity is stifled by obligations, exhaustion, and lack of inspiration. You wish to re-emerge as a creative being, but you don't know how. You feel stuck, bottled up, and like you are completely wasting the gifts you've been given.
- You feel disconnected from your primal, sensual self. Like your creative spark, your sexuality also feels stifled. You may feel subconsciously embarrassed, overwhelmed, or even ashamed of your sexual power. You long to reignite this part of yourself—regardless of whether you're in a relationship or single.
- You are a high-performing, high-earning professional. But you want more. And you're wondering if this is all there is? Are you letting life slip by without living it to it's fullest? Are you missing the point? Are career stress and your "high standards" holding you back?
Sound a little too familiar? I would love to help you find your way back to your most empowered, fulfilled, expressed, and passionate self.
sex-positive psychotherapist
My approach to psychotherapy is sex-positive, which means that I take a non-pathological approach to sex and the erotic. I strive to create an environment where you can feel 100% safe and free from judgement. We’ll openly talk about sex, death, and religion—or any topic that may be taboo or difficult to discuss—with the goal of feeling zero shame. My practice is inclusive of all consensual sexual practices and preferences, and I welcome the full spectrum of sexual orientations and gender identities. You are radically welcomed.
